About the Event
The Family Fast Festival is a spin-off from our yearly YWE workshop, taking place right at the start of the Baha'i Fasting period, on Saturday March 2nd and Sunday March 3rd. This year, the topic will be NURTURING OUR MINDS AND SOULS.
Please note: Youth MAY participate without parents if they are not able to attend! Parents of younger/older youth may also participate without their children!
With short presentations and creative activities focused on discussion and reflection, participants ages 12 to 18, as well as their parents, can join a global community of creative friends and reflect on the meaning of the Fast together. Parents will have breakout sessions that parallel the youth's explorations, and join the youth for a selection of bonding, thought-provoking activities!
